Moulin Roos

Founded in 1977, Moulin Roos operates a traditional mill in Rosenau, Haut-Rhin, between Mulhouse and Basel. The mill, originally known as 'Le Moulin des Dames' during the Revolution, has been run by the Roos family since 1900. It produces a range of wheat and specialty flours, semolinas, grains, seeds, dried fruits, flakes, and baking ingredients. The company sells retail from its on-site shop and delivers to professionals across Grand Est and Bourgogne Franche-Comté. The mill employs three millers, three delivery staff, and two commercial staff.
