Not a call centre
When you write to us, you talk to the same people who will actually drive to the factory: visit production, negotiate at the table, photograph your order being packed and loaded, and stay reachable from the first message to dispatch. One of us is always on the road, the other always on the line.

What we do — and don’t
We are not a seller, and we are never a party to your purchase. Think of us as your eyes, hands and feet on the ground — negotiation, factory visits, quality control, customs paperwork, or any administrative task in between. What we do not do: arrange credit lines, sell on instalment, or negotiate deferred payment terms with a supplier on your behalf. Every commercial and payment term is agreed directly between you and the manufacturer. If you need a representative on the ground, that is exactly what we are here for.
