The legal set-up (registration, domiciliation) is handled by our partner lawyers and accountants — we coordinate it for you, so you have one operational contact.
What we do
- Launch coordination. We gather and translate your documents and shepherd the registration and domiciliation through our partner lawyer or accountant — and keep it moving.
- Practical set-up. Bank account, utilities, phone & internet, insurance, office move-in — we do the legwork with local providers.
- Administrative follow-up. Ongoing dealings with the French administration (URSSAF, tax, social bodies), mail, forms and deadlines.
- Local representation. Your point of contact on the ground — meetings, supplier and site visits, receiving inspectors and deliveries.
- Translation & interpreting. Documents, contracts and correspondence; interpreting at meetings and calls with the French side.
- Liaison with your professionals. We forward, translate and chase between you and your French lawyer, accountant, bank and landlord.
What we don’t do — by design
Company registration and domiciliation, premises search, finding commercial partners or distributors, and legal or tax advice are regulated activities. They are handled by our partner avocats and experts-comptables — we coordinate them so nothing falls through the cracks.
Who it’s for
Foreign companies — English, Russian or German speaking — opening operations, sourcing or doing business in France and the EU, who need local hands and language rather than a one-off lawyer. You stay home; we’re your operational person in France, for a fixed monthly retainer.
