A company abroad, or a company here that is short of hands, often needs the same thing: someone in France who reads the letter, makes the call, goes to the appointment and reports back. That is the job.
What we do
- French correspondence and calls. We read what has arrived, tell you what it means and what is due, and reply or phone on your behalf with suppliers, landlords, utilities, insurers and administrations.
- Appointments and errands. We attend, collect, submit and deposit: at a prefecture, a town hall, a bank branch, a customs office, a supplier’s premises.
- Preparing files. We gather documents, check that nothing is missing, arrange translations (EN/FR/DE/RU) and submit the file. You sign; we do the legwork.
- Following up. Many French procedures stall on a missing stamp or an unanswered email. We chase and keep a written log of who was contacted and what they said.
- Finding the right professional. When a matter needs a lawyer, an accountant or a notary, we say so and bring in a partner rather than improvise.
Who it is for
- Companies from Germany and other countries with a customer, a supplier, a stock or an event in France and nobody on site.
- French companies and craftsmen with a good product and no time for the administrative side.
- Businesses that have to deal with French counterparts in a language they do not speak.
What it costs
€50–60 per hour or €390 per day, anywhere in France; business accompaniment at meetings and trade fairs €420 per day. Travel over one day is re-invoiced at cost. See the Pricing page. Payment by bank transfer against an invoice.
What we do not do
We give no legal, tax or accounting advice and we do not sign anything on your behalf that requires a licensed professional. Company registration, domiciliation, tax filings and legal opinions go to partner avocats and experts-comptables; we prepare the ground and coordinate. Where a matter is urgent or exceeds what we can do, we tell you at the start.
Questions
Can you act for us in a dispute or before a court?
No. That belongs to a lawyer. We can help you find one and prepare the documents and translations.
Is this only for foreign companies?
No. Local businesses use us for the same reason: it is cheaper to hire a few hours than a person.
