Weingut Helde

Since 1991, the Helde family has been running a certified organic winery in Sasbach-Jechtingen at the Kaiserstuhl. The estate produces wines, sparkling wines, fruit brandies, juices, and herbal teas under the Bioland label. The winery follows slow-wine principles, with low yields, no chemical pesticides, and extended aging in small barrels. Their portfolio includes varieties like Rivâner, Sauvignon Gris, Grüner Sylvaner, Weißburgunder, and Spätburgunder. The wines are sold through the on-site farm shop and online. The estate also offers holiday apartments and motorhome pitches.
