In Remshalden-Grunbach, the Doreas estate has been producing wine from organically farmed vineyards since 1985. The winery's Ballade line offers fresh, light wines for everyday meals, while single-vineyard wines from the Grunbacher Klingle and Berghalde sites are aged in barrique. Sweet specialties carry the Auslese, Beerenauslese, Trockenbeerenauslese and Eiswein designations. A Trollinger-Riesling sparkling wine is made by traditional bottle fermentation. The estate also distills Remstal-Feuer liqueur from local summer fruits.
