Founded in 2015 in Königschaffhausen at the Kaiserstuhl, this winery was started without inherited vineyards. Bettina Schumann, an oenologist, and Melanie Panitzke, a sommelier, run the estate. They source grapes from selected sites and vinify in rented cellars. Spontaneous fermentation, natural yeasts, and oak aging are standard. The volcanic soils of the Kaiserstuhl suit Burgundy varieties: Spätburgunder, Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder. The portfolio includes dry whites, rosés, and reds under labels like "Mittenmang", "Bis in die Puppen", "Famose Schose", "Achtkantig", "Haute Volaute", and "Chaiselongue". Production reached 40,000 litres in 2018.
