Founded in 1935, the cooperative winery in Sasbach am Kaiserstuhl produces wines from volcanic soils. The range includes Spätburgunder, Grauer Burgunder, Weisser Burgunder, Chardonnay, and Rivaner, along with Sekt, Secco, and barrique-aged wines. The winery also offers non-alcoholic wines, grape juice, balsamic vinegar, and mulled wine. Their Spätburgunder is made using traditional maceration, while white wines see extended lees aging. The winery has received multiple awards, including a 4-star rating at the AWC 2025 and first place for its Grauer Burgunder at Meiningers Deutscher Pinot Preis.
