Pro-Crêpes

Founded in 2018 by Frédéric Daubertais after a career in industrial food maintenance, Pro-Crêpes designs and builds crepe-making equipment for professional artisans. The company operates from Strasbourg and Lézardrieux. Its core innovation is a patented flexible surfacing system that runs at high temperature, allowing consistent spreading and browning while preserving the manual gesture. The product line includes the compact T3 table with three griddles for food trucks and small spaces, and the T6 and T9 devices that retrofit onto existing 6- or 9-plate carousels for higher volume. Pro-Crêpes also offers annual maintenance, compliance upgrades, and custom design services.
