Kling Malz

Founded in 1885, the family-run maltster operates two production sites in Schriesheim and Edingen-Neckarhausen. It processes German brewing barley and wheat into base malts for beer and diastatic malt for baking. The company runs its own laboratory, holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, and is investing in a biomass heating plant to achieve CO2-neutral production. A private quay on the Neckar river enables raw material imports and exports.
