Distillery based in Hermaringen, on the eastern Swabian Alb plateau. The company produces fruit brandies and gin from traditional meadow orchard varieties. Apples such as Roter Boskop and pears like Schweizer Wasserbirne are hand-picked, steam-distilled, and aged for at least four years in a natural cellar. The Gin 13 is a juniper-forward gin made with 13 botanicals, each distilled separately. The brandies are bottled as vintage editions, with limited releases like the Hommage 1907 Eau de Vie. The operation is run by Eberhard Fetzer, who oversees the entire process from fruit to bottle.
