Eberbach-Schäfer

Founded in 74348 Lauffen am Neckar, the estate farms 30 hectares of vineyards with a garden-like, nature-oriented approach. Beyond still wines, the family runs a Sekt cellar that ages bottles long in darkness, a creative distillery turning walnuts, fruits and herbs into spirits, and a line of winzer-tonic water using their own spring. A large ground-mounted photovoltaic park and two roof arrays supply green electricity; heating and hot water come from spring-fed heat pumps. The event location seats up to 70 guests and includes a sunny rooftop terrace and a courtyard for grilling.
