Destillerie Werner

Since several generations, the Werner family has been running a small distillery at the foot of the Durbach valley, on the edge of the Black Forest. Located in Ebersweier, a district of Durbach, the operation produces fruit brandies and other spirits. Heiko Werner, a certified distiller and brandy sommelier with a WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits, took over from his father. The distillery uses a traditional wood-fired copper still. Fruits are fermented and distilled, then aged in stainless steel, glass, or wooden barrels for months or years. The company does not operate an online shop; orders are placed by phone or email.
