Founded in 2016 by Ruth Langer and Jascha Derr on a family estate in Igersheim-Holzbronn, this brewery produces craft beer from organic, locally sourced ingredients. The business also runs a farm shop selling their own beer and selected regional products. Spent grain from brewing is turned into bread, pizza, and snacks. The site hosts concerts, beer tastings, and other events. Certified organic under DE-ÖKO-037.
