Brauhaus Schwanen

Brewing since 1697, the Miller family has run this Ehingen brewery for five generations. Over thirty different beer varieties are produced across the year, making it one of Germany's most diverse breweries. The operation includes a distillery for gin and a hotel. Modern Swabian cuisine is served in the restaurant and beer garden. Beer brewing courses and gin distilling workshops are offered on a 50-litre mini brewing system.
