Bongard

Founded in 1958, Bongard designs and builds bakery equipment in Holtzheim, Alsace. The company employs 115 people and supplies machines for dough preparation, dividing and shaping, fermentation and storage, and baking. Its product lines include spiral mixers, dividers, moulders, proofers, and ovens. Bongard also offers the Paneotrad® process and the Sirius accelerated oven for snacking. The company has a network of 350 sales and service staff in France and 450 worldwide.
