Founded in 1946, this family-run bakery in Pfastatt, Alsace, has been making traditional biscuits for three generations. The product line includes sponge fingers, ladyfingers, meringues, coconut macaroons, butter madeleines, and Alsatian Bredalas. They also offer spritz butter cookies, anise petits fours, butter pretzels, and croquants. Recipes have remained unchanged since the beginning.
