Founded by Michael Baumann, a certified oenologist, this family estate in Gerlachsheim combines a winery, distillery, and apiary under biodynamic Demeter principles. The vineyards are cultivated without synthetic inputs, focusing on biodiversity and terroir. The range includes Demeter-certified wines, fruit brandies, liqueurs, and honey. A notable product is the Marc vom Rivaner, which won a gold medal at the ProSpirituose 2016 competition. The estate also runs a farm shop and a guesthouse 'Zur Sonne'. Slow Food Germany has been a partner since 2011.
