Founded in 1951 as a grain-for-pasta barter business, this family-run company in Riesbürg-Pflaumloch has grown into a producer of organic and premium pasta. It operates its own IFS-certified facility and holds certifications from Bioland and Naturland. The company develops and manufactures pasta for private labels and brand owners, offering a range of shapes and flavors including saffron, truffle, spinach, lemon, and spice varieties. Raw materials are sourced mostly from regional organic farms. A combined heat and power plant reduces CO₂ emissions by about 200 tonnes annually.
