Dry white wine from Pinot Blanc grown on light gravelly soil. Spontaneous fermentation in wood, aged 11 months in 1500 L oak barrels and 300 L barrels (30% new). 97° Oechsle. Yellow-gold, aromas of ripe yellow fruit and flowers with a peppery hazelnut note. 13.5% ABV.
