Bastian Walz, a winemaster, and his wife Sabine run this family estate in Ensingen, a district of Vaihingen an der Enz. Their daughter Mara, also a trained winemaker, works alongside them. The winery grows grapes in Ensingen and Horrheim. White and rosé wines age on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for freshness and fruit. Red wines mature in oak barrels. The range includes Sekt, Secco, and alcohol-free options. A vinothek with a terrace under an old linden tree welcomes visitors. Since 2016, the estate has hosted a monthly summer event series called Wine O'Clock.
