Since 2010, the Sack family has been running this winery in Lauda-Königshofen, in the Tauberfranken region of Baden. They cultivate vineyards on steep slopes, focusing on traditional grape varieties like Tauberschwarz and Schwarzriesling. The winery produces a range of wines from dry to feinfruchtig, including Weißer Burgunder, Riesling, and rosé cuvées. Hand harvesting and extended lees aging are common practices. Their wines have received scores above 90 from Falstaff and Gault&Millau ratings. The winery also offers a vermouth called Sack´ed Herbs.
