Weingut Hermann Dörflinger

Founded in Müllheim in the Markgräflerland region, this family-run winery has been producing wines for generations. Hermann Dörflinger senior and junior manage the estate, which cultivates Gutedel, Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Riesling, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, and Spätburgunder. The winery also makes sparkling wine (Jahrgangssekt) and operates a house distillery. Grapes are hand-harvested from single vineyards like Müllheimer Sonnhalde and Badenweiler Römerberg. Reds are fermented on the skins and aged in large oak or barrique. Wines are sold from the estate and shipped within Germany.
