Founded in 1989 in Stuttgart, Rossknecht is a craft brewery run by Andy Rothacker and his team. They brew unfiltered beers using water from Lake Constance, malt from Weyermann in Bamberg, and hops from the Hallertau region. The range includes a Kellerpils, a Pale Ale, an IPA, a Lager, a Hazy IPA, and a Philly Sour with raspberries. Beers are available in cans, in local supermarkets and bars, and at their own pubs in Ludwigsburg and Bietigheim.
