Melfor

Founded in 1922 in Mulhouse, Alsace, Melfor produces vinegar-based condiments and mustards. Its flagship product, Melfor Original, is a vinegar sweetened with honey and infused with herbs. The company also markets the SAAS brand of white vinegars made from French beet alcohol, available in various strengths and scents. Melfor's range includes flavored vinegars, salad dressings, mustards, pickles, and a liquid condiment concentrate. All manufacturing takes place in France at a family-run SME. The company employs between 10 and 49 people.
