Lanwehr

Founded in 1927 in Königsberg by Georg Schulze, the business was rebuilt in Illertissen after the war. Master confectioner Alexander Lanwehr took over in 1961 and together with his son expanded it into a confiserie. Today the third generation, Andreas Lanwehr, runs the company. They produce handcrafted pralines, truffles, marzipan, and chocolate specialties. The range includes sugar-free options and a Bio Fairtrade line. Two retail cafés in Illertissen and Ulm complement the manufacturing site.
