Lammbrauerei

Founded as a family brewery in Untergröningen, Baden-Württemberg, Lammbrauerei has been producing beer since the 19th century. The current owner, Andreas Kunz, runs the operation that includes a brewhouse, a Gasthof, and a small hotel. Their beers include a naturally cloudy pilsner called Bier-Appel and the popular Zeisel-Weizen wheat beer. Each spring they release Urkorn, a seasonal beer made from ancient grain. The brewery offers guided tours and a Festservice for events. They also run a weekly changing lunch menu in their restaurant.
