Founded in Heroldstatt on the Swabian Alb plateau at nearly 800 meters above sea level, this distillery grows its own grain and fruit for whisky and spirits. With over 5,000 casks and a 3,000-liter pot still, it claims the largest stock of long-aged whiskies in Germany. The range includes single malts, rye, grain whiskies, and fruit brandies under the Albfink label. Its Barrique R won a World Whiskies Award gold in 2024.
