Finch Whisky

On the high plateau of the Swabian Alb, nearly 800 meters above sea level, Finch Whisky has been distilling since 2014. The company grows its own grain and barley, malts it, and produces whisky in a 3,000-liter pot still. Over 5,000 casks are maturing on site. The product line includes single malts, rye, grain whiskies, and editions tied to football championships and the Wacken festival. A sister brand, Albfink, offers fruit brandies, liqueurs, gin, vodka, and rum. All steps from field to bottle happen in-house. The distillery has won multiple World Whiskies Awards, including gold for its Barrique R.
