Since 2018, the Kottmann family has been running a distillery and holiday apartment at Braunhof 1 in Waldstetten. The distillery produces fruit spirits, liqueurs, gin, and wood-aged distillates from apples, pears, and other fruits. Their product list includes single-variety apple and pear brandies, fruit brandies like kirsch and mirabelle, and herbal specialties such as Stuifenwasser. The farm also offers a holiday apartment for guests.
