Biosaine Cuisine

Founded in 2020 in Wingen, Alsace, Biosaine Cuisine produces organic, gluten-free crackers, granolas, seed bread mixes, and seed toasts. The workshop uses fresh vegetables, pre-germinated seeds, and low-temperature dehydration to preserve nutrients. Products include savory snacks like Stikchou (sauerkraut sticks) and Krusti'koeurs (beetroot-onion or carrot-paprika heart-shaped crackers), as well as sweet granolas with apple-hazelnut or raw cacao-banana. All items are made without added sugar and are naturally gluten-free.
