Alb-Gold

Founded in the 1970s, Alb-Gold is a family-run pasta maker based in Trochtelfingen on the Swabian Alb. The third generation, brothers André and Oliver Freidler, now runs the business. The company produces a wide variety of pasta, including fresh Spätzle, Maultaschen, Schupfnudeln, dried egg noodles, and gluten-free options. Organic products make up about a third of the range. Alb-Gold was the first German food manufacturer to use the official 'Ohne Gentechnik' label in 2009. The site includes a customer centre, restaurant, and herb garden.
