Lines Sonic

The Sonic is a large-scale additive manufacturing machine for serial production of polymer and composite parts. It uses a patented pellet extrusion head that deposits material at speeds up to 2,000 mm/s with flow rates up to 80 kg/h. Build volume is 3000 x 2500 x 2500 mm. The system includes automated drying, dosing, and feeding, plus a closed-loop HEPA filtration and thermal enclosure.
