Founded in Großbottwar, Wiesheu has been building ovens for point-of-sale baking since the 1970s. The company focuses on hot-air ovens, deck ovens, combi systems and high-speed ovens for bakeries, convenience stores, system catering and food retail. Its Dibas blue2 features a disappearing door; the E3 holds up to 18 trays on one square meter. Automation solutions include hi, bread for fully automated baking, TrayMotion for loading/unloading, and ProClean self-cleaning systems. Wiesheu also supplies accessories and after-sales service. The company is part of the Wiesheu Group.
