Weingut Seyffer

Founded in 1650, this family estate in Weinsberg is run by the sixth generation, Thomas and Christian Seyffer. The winery cultivates small parcels on Keuper, marl, sand and limestone soils across several unique sites. They produce white wines, red wines, rosés, sparkling wines (Crémant and Sekt) using traditional bottle fermentation. The estate has received the Staatsehrenpreis twice. Grapes are hand-harvested. The winery also operates a seasonal Besenwirtschaft (wine tavern) and hosts tastings and events.
