Founded in 2014, this family-run winery in Ihringen at the Kaiserstuhl focuses on Burgundy wines. Lena Flubacher and Christian Heitzmann cultivate vineyards in one of Germany's warmest regions, between the Black Forest and the Vosges. Their wines are made by hand, with minimal intervention. The estate produces both a Basis and a Premium line, including Weissburgunder, Grauburgunder, Spätburgunder, Chardonnay, and a Pinot Sekt. They also offer wine tours, tastings, and a picnic experience in the vineyards. The winery sells directly through its online shop.
