Founded in the 1960s, this family-run company in Heilbronn employs 20 people and specializes in vacuum thermoforming of thermoplastics. It processes materials such as PVC, PETG, PC, PS, ABS, PP, and PE in thicknesses from 2 to 14 mm, with forming areas up to 1200 x 2000 mm. The company operates five modern vacuum forming machines and three 5-axis CNC milling machines for post-processing. It produces custom plastic parts, protective covers for vehicles, cladding, transport containers, and the Variobox Durobox system. Production is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001, with in-house quality control at every step.
