Founded in 1957, Thermoformage Gerber is a family-owned company based in Saverne, Alsace. It specializes in thin-gauge thermoforming of plastic parts, with thicknesses ranging from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm. The company serves the automotive, food processing, industrial, cosmetics, luxury, and point-of-sale display sectors. It offers custom design and manufacturing, from prototyping to large series, using materials such as PET, PP, PS, PVC, ABS, and PC. Since 2021, the company has been led by Christophe Ridé, who has emphasized eco-design, bio-based materials, and an in-house R&D workshop.
