Founded over 35 years ago, Strasser-Kabelkonfektion in Villingen-Schwenningen produces stranded wires, cables, and harnesses. The company operates a Komax gamma 311 fully automatic machine for cutting, stripping, tinning, and crimping wires from 0.14 to 2.0 mm² cross-section. A twisting machine and various stripping machines handle precise twisting, partial or full stripping, and cutting. Quality is ensured through crimp monitoring, process checks, and final inspection, including cross-section analysis in a laboratory. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
