In the Bottwartal valley below Beilstein Castle, the Dippon family has been making wine for three generations. Their estate, Schlossgut Hohenbeilstein, has been certified organic by Naturland since 1992 and is a member of the VDP association. They produce a range of wines from Gutswein to Grosse Lage, as well as Sekt, sweet wine, and brandy. The winery also runs a vinothek and a wine vending machine for around-the-clock purchases.
