Based in Schwendi, Scheplast operates a modern injection molding facility with 22 machines ranging from 35 to 650 tonnes clamping force. The company focuses on technical parts and reusable packaging made from recycled and bio-based polymers such as PLA, BioPBS, and lignin. It processes thermoplastics, hard-soft combinations, and metal overmolding. Scheplast also offers project management, 3D CAD simulation, and assembly of complex components. The firm runs its own bioenergy farm and works with agricultural byproducts to produce sustainable granules. Parts weights go from 0.01 g up to 4000 g.
