Founded in 1926 in Mommenheim, Saettler started by making exotic wood equipment for flour preservation. Over time, the company shifted from wood to stainless steel, becoming a metal fabrication specialist. Today, Saettler designs and builds custom equipment for the agri-food industry, particularly flour mixers known to last over 40 years. The company also works in water treatment, metalwork, and locksmithing. With 10–49 employees, it serves industrial clients in milling, malting, and wastewater treatment.
