Rheintal Mühlen

Founded in 2000 from the merger of several regional grain mills in Baden and the Palatinate, Rheintal Mühlen produces wheat and rye flours at its Stutensee-Friedrichstal facility. The company offers standard flour types (405, 550, 812, 1050) and specialty flours like T38-20 EdelPowder, which extends dough freshness. Custom blends are made to customer specifications. Certifications include IFS, HALAL, KOSHER, QS, ISO 50001, and SMETA. The mill uses modern cleaning and grinding equipment, and controls every production step.
