PVTech

Based in Pforzheim, PVTech applies PVD coatings to tools and components. The company operates five Platit coating systems, including a combined arc and sputter unit – the first of its kind among German service providers. Workpieces from 0.2 mm up to 500 mm in diameter are coated. Services include heat treatment, surface finishing, and deburring. Custom coatings are developed together with partner PLATIT. Applications cover wear protection, tribology, medical technology, and food industry.
