Privatbrauerei Waldhaus

Founded in 1864, this family-owned brewery sits at Waldhaus 1 in Weilheim, deep in the Southern Black Forest nature park. It produces over a dozen unfiltered and filtered beers, among them Diplom Pils, Klein Fritzle, and seasonal Doppel Bock. The brewery has earned more than 1,200 medals for its beers. A shop on site sells bottles and merchandise. The company also runs a gasthof and sponsors the Waldhaus Bike Marathon.
