Palas

Founded in 1985 and based in Karlsruhe, Palas develops and builds aerosol technology for generating, measuring and characterizing airborne particles. The company makes filter test systems for HEPA, ULPA, FFP2 and FFP3 filters, plus aerosol spectrometers, generators and nanoparticle measurement devices. Its instruments are used in environmental monitoring, indoor air quality, industrial processes and scientific research. Palas also offers calibration, rental and reporting services. The company has a subsidiary in China and sells through a worldwide partner network.
