Founded in 1989, microjet GmbH in Karlsruhe develops and builds minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) systems for industrial manufacturing. The company focuses on reducing lubricant use in cutting, forming, sawing, and other processes. Its product range includes system containers, a flexible modular system, a patented two-phase nozzle assortment, and the TwinMaster for internal lubrication. Microjet's MQL technology applies fluids without contact, using compressed air to atomize lubricant inside the nozzle. The company offers application consulting and custom solutions.
