Founded in 1920, this second-generation family business in Rastatt produces cast parts from aluminum and copper alloys. Sand casting is their specialty, with part weights from 25 grams up to 250 kg in aluminum and 200 kg in copper alloys. They offer prototyping via printed sand molds and can machine parts through a partner network. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and uses optical scanning, X-ray inspection, and spectral analysis for quality control. Over 45 different metal alloys are cast, including bronzes, red brasses, special brasses, and aluminum-zinc types.
