K+S Modell- und Formenbau

Founded in 1991 in Rastatt, K+S Modell- und Formenbau moved to St. Leon-Rot in 1994 and later to Waghäusel in 2008. The company serves automotive, aerospace, and sanitary industries with services from CAD design to series production. It developed a patented RTM process for freestanding bathtubs and a PU mineral casting method for sanitary parts. A photovoltaic system on the hall roof covers about 60% of energy needs. In 2025, the operational business will be taken over by FD Werkzeug- und Formenbau GmbH.
