INERATEC

Founded in Karlsruhe, INERATEC builds modular Power-to-X plants that turn CO₂ and renewable hydrogen into synthetic fuels and chemicals. The company's microstructured reactor technology drives a Fischer-Tropsch process to produce drop-in ready e-fuels such as e-SAF, e-diesel, e-naphtha, and e-waxes. Its containerized 'Lifeline' units are designed for decentralized, resilient fuel supply in defense and critical infrastructure. INERATEC operates Europe's largest Power-to-Liquid pilot plant, ERA ONE, in Frankfurt Höchst and has secured financing from the EIB and Breakthrough Energy Catalyst. The company is part of the Giga PtX consortium alongside Rheinmetall, Sunfire, e.on, and Greenlyte.
